Four reasons why TEAM Software is thankful this year.
The first Thanksgiving dates back to the mid-1600s when colonists in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and members of the Wampanoag tribe shared a three-day feast to celebrate a successful first harvest.
Over the years, the day has morphed into more than celebrating a good harvest — it’s about looking back over the year and being thankful for all the good things in life. Here at TEAM Software, we took a few minutes to look back over 2017 and found four good reasons to be thankful:
New Analytics Solution
We released our latest analytics solution earlier this year to TEAM SaaS clients. The insights dashboard helps unlock the power of WinTeam by visualizing data in easy-to-read charts and graphs. The dashboard can help TEAM customers make smarter decisions, faster. This means TEAM customers can spend more time tackling important things like growing their business. And, the best part? It’s available at no additional cost.
The TEAM Code
Recently, TEAM released the TEAM Code as a way to formally document our identity in a way everyone who interacts with TEAM can relate to. The Code explains the TEAM difference — what makes us special as a software company, what makes us a great place to work and what we do every day to create the best experience for our customers. As part of the Code, we also updated our mission, vision and values to better define who we are, what we do and who we aspire to be.
TEAM is growing as a company. From working on new technology and solutions, to welcoming new customers, we understand the importance of adding employee owners where it counts. To provide our customers with the best service and experience, we’ve hired a few new faces this year and now have more than 120 employee owners to help serve our customers. Whether it’s behind-the-scenes in software development or customer-facing in Client Services, we’re excited these new employee owners are onboard.
Connecting with Our Clients
As a technology company, it’s one thing to provide our customers with efficiency-enhancing software solutions. But, it’s another thing to provide the best experience for our customers through support and service, and that’s where the rubber meets the road for us. It’s not just once per year that we’re thankful for all the opportunities we have to connect with our customers — it’s every day. From annual trade shows and on-site visits, to TEAM Client Conference and interactions via the Idea Portal and social media, we love building relationships with every customer.
In our book, 2017 has been pretty darn good year already and we’re excited to finish out the last few weeks strong. And, if this year is any indication of the good things TEAM Software can do, 2018 is going to be a pretty exciting year, too.
