New Messaging Service from TEAM Software

You spoke. We listened. TEAM’s new messaging service makes communicating with your employees a breeze.

 

One of the most popular requests on TEAM’s customer Idea Portal centered around having the ability to send targeted messages to employees quickly and easily, without having to rely on flurries of one-off emails and phone calls. We get it. The ability to communicate quickly and effectively with a field-based workforce is an essential piece of managing operations, keeping employees engaged and maintaining customer satisfaction. Based on that direct feedback from customers, TEAM Software has released a new messaging service feature that is now available to all TEAM SaaS eHub customers (for free!).

 

Effectively communicating with your employees is a sure-fire way to increase your employee retention and engagement. According to research compiled by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), communication is one of the top five ways employers can drive positive employee engagement. By keeping your employees up-to-date with the latest and greatest information about their job and the company, they feel more connected. That leads to better performance and creates a ripple effect. With TEAM’s new messaging service, field supervisors or system administrators can now send important information directly to individual or specific groups of employees via SMS text or eHub Mobile app push notification. From important safety or job site announcements, to holiday or employer-related messages, communicating the right message with the right people at the right time is incredibly efficient. For example, field supervisors can send a message to all employees they manage or focus the message based on job location. System admins can send corporate global messages that affect all employees or use filters to target specific groups of employees.
