Peer-to-Peer Training at TEAM Client Conference 2018

Four TEAM customers lead interactive sessions.

At the recent TEAM Client Conference, TEAM Software invited four client speakers to share their unique perspective on using TEAM’s solutions in their businesses. From finance and reporting, to timekeeping and technology, session attendees learned new ways to leverage TEAM solutions from people who use the system every day.

Business Intelligence

Adam Steiner with Mister Kleen Maintenance led a round-table discussion, “Impactful Reporting: How We Use Business Intelligence,” in a packed room of more than 40 session attendees. He demonstrated some of the reports he uses in TEAM’s Business Intelligence solution to leverage business data and get deeper insight. Attendees also shared custom reports they use in their own organizations to better understand how they’re performing.

Bidding and Estimating

In “Outbid Your Competition with TeamBid,” Tom Wilkinson with Advantage Maintenance Inc. showed attendees the basics of TeamBid – the bidding and estimating piece of TEAM’s core financial, operations and workforce management solution, WinTeam – and how to set up different functions within the module. To prove how efficient TeamBid is, Wilkinson did a time trial, completing a bid from scratch in a mere four minutes and 12 seconds.

Technology Integrations

Tim Van Autreve with Vonachen Group led attendees in “Techies Unite! Using Technology to Improve Your Business,” an interactive session that focused on technologies like onboarding solutions, idea sharing and TEAM’s new messaging options. Attendees shared their experiences with various technologies and how those solutions have impacted their businesses.

Accounting and Financial Management

In her session “Take Your Financial Analysis and Budgets to the Next Level,” Tracy Ver Mulm with Per Mar Security Services discussed how to use valuable key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting to analyze finances and budgets. Using live polls in the event mobile app, the group learned the average company in attendance has one to three employees who handle accounting and over 60 percent of the respondents use TEAM solutions.
