Interactive Learning at TEAM Client Conference 2018

Taking It Up a Notch with Fourteen Workshops, Fifty-plus Sessions, Special Keynote, and Oodles of Fun.
In-person training and networking is a key component of TEAM Client Conference, TEAM Software’s annual client event. While we always offer online training and implementation classes, live phone support through Client Services or help documentation on Solutions Online, there’s additional benefits that face-to-face interactions.
In-person training and networking at TEAM Client Conference provides:
- The opportunity to interact with and learn from your peers.
- Facetime with instructors, experts and leaders.
- Better engagement and focus.
- Opportunity for hands-on learning with immediate application of concepts.
- A well-rounded experience, that’s not just heard, but seen and felt.

Tuesday kicks off with optional workshops designed for more in-depth, hands-on training. The main conference sessions begin Wednesday and include instructor-led training, roundtable-type discussions and demos. We’ve organized the workshops and sessions into a number of tracks to meet the needs of decision-makers and end-users alike. You can either follow a track that pertains to your role, or customize your schedule to make the most of your experience. And, what happens at the conference doesn’t stay at the conference. You’ll be able to bring back knowledge to apply to your job and share with your coworkers, so everyone can work more effectively.
Here’s how we’re taking our interactive learning opportunities up a notch in 2018.
Learn from a Peer
Join a session taught by one of your peers. We’re incorporating several new sessions into the schedule. Led by current TEAM customers, these sessions will provide attendees with a unique perspective on our products with recommendations and success stories straight from those who use our software every day. From finance and reporting, to time and attendance and technology, you’ll learn the best ways to leverage TEAM solutions from end-users just like you.
New Sessions, New Presenters
In addition to the new client-led sessions, we’re adding sessions led by experts from our Product Management group. These presenters will share their industry expertise and explain how they work to develop solutions to customer problems. They will cover technical and compliance hot topics including API integration capabilities, reporting and analytics best practices, payroll compliance, and they’ll also discuss what’s coming up on our product roadmap.
Special Leadership Keynote
Whether you’re a c-level executive, a manager or an entry-level administrator, leadership skills play an important role in your professional and personal life. But, how do you develop those skills to grow and create great teams? You’ll find out during the keynote lunch Wednesday featuring former Navy Seal Robert Howell.
Based on his military experience, Bobby will share how to develop leadership skills that take your teams up a notch (or two) – from “good” to “great.” Following the keynote, he’ll host an executive-level session to dive further into forging elite teams.
