TEAM’s Online Help (F1) to the Rescue

We’ve all been there. You’re hard at work, just getting stuff done and then — bam! — you’re stuck. You don’t remember how to do something and you need help. Well, if you’re a TEAM client and you’re working in WinTeam — our core financial, operations and workforce management solution — it’s F1 to the rescue.
You’re busy. You’ve got a lot on your plate. Don’t struggle with trying to remember how to do something in an integrated enterprise software system like WinTeam. Just remember to use F1. When you press the F1 key on your keyboard from any screen in WinTeam, it automatically pulls up in your default browser a help topic related to that screen on our 24/7 help website Solutions Online. This is called context-sensitive help and makes it simple to find the answers you need in a jiffy.
Now, if the F1 help topic is not quite what you’re looking for, simply type a few keywords in the search bar at the top of the web page to pull up other topics where that keyword is present (there’s even an informational page to help you refine your search). Each topic on Solutions Online also has handy related topics, tasks, concepts and references linked in the sidebar and at the bottom of most topics to help you find the information you need. You don’t even have to be on Solutions Online to find information. You can just Google your product topic or question (like “WinTeam AR Master File”), and Solutions Online topics will display in Google results. (Go ahead – try it!)
