Value For Today, As Well As For Tomorrow

Phew — what a week! Nearly 300 clients, guests and staff gathered in Omaha, Nebraska, for TEAM Client Conference 2017, and it was fantastic. And, so were the lemon bars according to John Leiferman, TEAM’s President and CEO.
For 28 years, we’ve hosted this client-centered event successfully, and 2017 didn’t disappoint. Individuals from more than 80 different companies joined TEAM employee owners for three days of learning and networking. And, not only did attendees walk away with increased knowledge — we learned quite a bit, too.
- Interactions in the classes and workshops help guide our content for future sessions and evaluate our current training and support functions.
- Discussions in the Product Innovation Lab provide direction for future enhancements and possible additions to our product roadmap.
- New ideas (more than 30 were submitted between Tuesday and Thursday afternoon) submitted via the Idea Portal give the Product Management group lots to review and evaluate for the product roadmap.
- Feedback on the event such as the food, schedule and conference facility helps us continuously improve our future events.
But it wasn’t all about learning new things, we also had a lot of fun. The Tuesday opening reception featured live music from local cover band Taxi Driver, and attendees had a chance to get a little crazy in the photo booth. The evening event on Wednesday was spent enjoying dinner and exploring one of Omaha’s historic venues The Durham Museum.
The event’s theme, “Shaping the Future. Together,” rang true throughout the entire conference. TEAM’s success as a company rests solely on our ability to provide value to our clients through our software solutions, which is why the feedback and interactions during events like TEAM Client Conference are so critical. We’ve laid out our product roadmap, but as our Vice President of Product Management Michelle Shanholtz explained in the luncheon keynote, technology is ever changing and we need to get out in front of market demands. Our goal is to continue to provide value to TEAM clients today, tomorrow and for many years to come.
