TEAM hosted the second quarterly Profit from Efficiency power session, “Bring Value to Your Bottom Line with Business Intelligence,” on June 9. TEAM’s Business Intelligence Analyst, Ron Smith, and TEAM’s Education Coordinator, Shannon Robertson, focused on leveraging TEAM’s Business Intelligence solution to gain powerful insight from the robust data gathered across your organization in WinTeam, TEAM’s core financial, operations and workforce management solution.

They discussed how key features like dynamic reporting and user-friendly functionality make it easy to find the exact data needed to make savvy business decisions. Ron also showed the solution in action with a demonstration of how to use BI to dig deeper into information like employee demographics and hours data.

This webinar is part of a quarterly series of power sessions that put our “Profit from Efficiency” slogan in to action by looking at how TEAM’s solutions can help you streamline your processes, save time or increase productivity. First Power Session: Manage Work, Maximize Profit

In the first Profit from Efficiency power session in February, TEAM experts discussed how building service and security contractors can leverage work tickets to streamline processes and effectively manage recurring and special project work. They looked at how supervisors in the field can create, complete and track both billable and non-billable work tickets using eHub Mobile, TEAM’s employee self-service application. Then, they discussed how these pieces tie together to help your business increase efficiency, expedite billing and ensure profitability.
