We’re making 2025 an innovation-focused year at TEAM Software to support our cleaning and security professionals across the globe, with exciting new enhancements and application modernisation that will be unveiled throughout the next few months. 

After more than 30 years of designing best-in-class software motivated by industry-specific expertise, we are still dedicated to providing customers with increased access to service needs. These upcoming developments are designed to drive efficiency, profitability and growth via robust and scalable solutions.

Product Enhancements

Timegate+ is our new platform, where our customers can expect to see significant improvements to our leading workforce management solution. This new and improved scheduling experience offers self-serve capabilities to import data. 

Enhancements that we plan to release in the coming year include a robust API catalogue, allowing businesses to more seamlessly connect different software applications while enabling companies to more readily exchange data and streamline workflows. Additionally, we’ll be adding Australian Award Interpretation capabilities in the Timegate+ solution.

Data Analytics

Business intelligence has become increasingly important to major companies that rapidly use analytics to make informed decisions. Due to the essential nature of business intelligence in both the security and commercial cleaning industries, where business owners must face fluctuating market forecasts and potentially thinning profit margins, our customers need it to make more efficient decisions, especially as their clients are requesting data from their job sites, now more than ever. 

WorkWave recognises this need and will launch a new suite of analytical tools in 2025. Our efforts are geared towards enabling decision-making with robust analytics, combined with the power of artificial intelligence (AI). The suite will offer several options to best meet the needs of our clients, from a data warehouse – offering plug-and-play curated data, to advanced and self-service analytics, providing enhanced insights and recommendations.

Our continued goal is to empower our clients with a curated data warehouse where we can centralise, clean and organise data for faster access to reliable insights ready to be connected to their own business intelligence tools and systems.

Autonomous AI

AI tools are being widely discussed at industry events, conferences, expos and meetings. In the coming year, Timegate+ clients can expect to find AI tools within the solution. The aim is to enable chatbot-like interaction so users can ask questions and receive answers. Proposed agents will help with scheduling, timekeeping and software support.

By embedding artificial intelligence (AI) into our platform, advanced analytics tools could be available to help businesses save money, boost productivity and increase profits by forecasting revenue with added precision, predicting customer behavior, identifying the most valuable customers or optimising resource allocation.
