TEAM Software Promotes Davie to President

Jill Davie was promoted to President of the TEAM Software, effective July 18.

Davie was previously the Senior Vice President of Client Experience and has served the company in various capacities for more than 22 years. Going forward, Davie will concentrate on the customers, culture and operations of the business. John Leiferman, previously President and CEO, will continue as CEO and focus on corporate strategy and growth initiatives.

“Jill’s Senior Vice President title didn’t accurately reflect the work she has been doing for the company and for our customers over the past few years. This promotion was the natural evolution of her successful career at TEAM,” said Leiferman.

Davie is the company’s third president. Founder and Chairman of the Board Frank Labedz became the first company President and CEO in 1989 and was succeeded by Leiferman in 2015. Davie started full-time with TEAM in May 1998 as an Account Manager after working at the company as an intern during college. Over the last two decades, she has held various roles in sales, marketing and management. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Iowa State University.

“I’ve been very fortunate to spend my career at TEAM, learning all aspects of the business as it has grown,” said Davie. “The relationships I’ve formed with customers and employee owners are invaluable to me, and I’m very excited to contribute in a new capacity. I’m looking forward to continuing to serve our customers by solving their challenges in new and creative ways.”

“Jill’s deep industry knowledge, her focus on our customers and her passion for TEAM’s people and culture serve us well now and as we move forward,” Leiferman said.
