Inner Parish Security Corporation: Achieving Growth with Tech-Stacked Software and Support

Over the past 40 years, Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) has provided tailored security solutions throughout the United States. Their services include hiring armed and unarmed security officers to protect commercial businesses and assets, loss prevention, armored car services, federal contract security and emergency response work.
IPSC also has a commercial electronic security division that installs and maintains burglar alarms, fire alarms and CCTV systems, in addition to monitoring commercial alarm systems. Although its corporate office is based in Louisiana, IPSC serves a total of nine states and has worked with homeowners, businesses and government entities.
“So, IPSC is a family-owned and operated company. My father started the business in the seventies in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, and he would go up and down the parish checking people’s doors. And now, we’ve grown today to 2,500 employees across the Southeastern United States and into the Midwest,” said Seth Leto, Vice President of Administration at IPSC.
Tell us about the IPSC’s tremendous growth in recent years.
“So, 2023 was a great year because we have grown significantly. We have moved into new regions and new markets. We have started for new customers, satisfied customers I might add, and we’ve added a lot of great team members – very valuable members of our team both on the administrative side and our officers. We are now up to about 2,500 employees company-wide. With that change comes a lot of other changes internally. So, we’ve had to be very quick and move fast in order to keep up with that growth, and WinTeam has helped a lot with that growth as well.”
How has TEAM’s Hire by WorkWave solution helped with this growth?
“The Hire portal and the ability to have onboarding go that quickly and that smooth is a really big plus. We had our recruiting team dedicated to finding personnel, and [they] use the tool as well. It’s just been a huge push and focus and to the point where a few years ago we actually had the highest hiring in the city of New Orleans, which is one of our largest markets, and so we were really excited to know that all of our efforts are paying off and that we’re bringing people in the door and quality people.”
How have you benefited from WinTeam?
“All of the different clock-in and clock-out opportunities, the scheduling through eHub, in addition to the compliance tracker, that’s been a huge plus in making sure that the right officer is on the right post at the right time, in addition to geo-tracking clock-ins. It’s been a game-changer.”
How have you used Lighthouse’s Geofencing functionality in your business?
“Seeing the officer move about the property and one really awesome thing that Lighthouse provides is the geotracking. We’re watching the office move about the property. Previously, we would use pictures and that’s just antiquated in my opinion. So, the ability to have the geofence technology is fantastic.”

You’re industry-specific, which is phenomenal, and you’ve helped us along the way all these years – every customer support [employee], every client success person – everyone we interact with is there to help us.
