About TEAM Software
What We Believe
We help our customers do more and empower their people through efficiency-enhancing technology.
We will be the leading global provider of innovative technologies and expertise for companies that keep our world clean, safe and secure.
We work together to accomplish the day-to-day and the longer-term goals through belief in three core values:
1. Keep customers first.
We challenge ourselves to begin and end each day with a customer-focused action. As people-centric people, we’re committed to developing long-term relationships and excellent customer experiences. We listen closely to customer needs to deliver solutions that increase compliance, efficiency and profit. After all, our customers’ success is our success.
2. Be accountable.
We hold each other accountable to do what we say we’re going to do. And we expect each other to “bring it” every day. We believe in offering each other our respect, honesty, collaboration and hard work. Above all, we trust each other to do the right thing because it’s the right thing to do.
3. Do more.
We changed the game in North America 1989 with an all-in-one financial, operations and workforce management solution. We did it again in 2001, offering software as a service before “the cloud” was common. As we extend our reach to Australia, Europe and beyond with our next-generation workforce management solution, we’re pushing our legacy forward with a relentless pursuit to define what’s next.
TEAM Software has provided industry-shaping technology for the cleaning and security industries for more than three decades. In early 2020, TEAM Software, headquartered in the U.S., joined forces with Innovise, a technology leader serving the same industries in the U.K. and Ireland for more than 20 years. This acquisition, integrated under the TEAM Software brand, creates the largest provider of software for security, cleaning and facilities management organisations in the world. TEAM Software has customers on five continents with nearly 1 million end users relying on solutions from TEAM for business critical functions.
TEAM Software was incorporated in 1989 in Omaha, Nebraska, U.S.A. After being employee-owned for more than 10 years, in 2018, TEAM received a strategic investment from Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm. Since then, TEAM has expanded its footprint globally and domestically, acquiring Australia-based Lighthouse, U.K.-based Innovise and Templa, and Kwantek in the U.S.
